Welcome back to ATR's 10th Annual Art Contest! For those new to our annual contest, ATR in Hamilton and Explore the ARTS hosted a rotating-themed art contest each year for high school students. Some art teachers blended this contest as an assignment into their curriculum, some even included the English Department to help students craft their artist statements, and some shared the poster with their students as an optional extracurricular activity. Awards ranged from $50 to $500 in each category in each category and were not tied to a scholarship—students could use these funds however they wished. Schools with the most top-3 winning entries also won for their art program: 1st $500, 2nd $350, 3rd $250, 4th $150. This year, we gave away over $6,000!
